Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Buffbunny apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange has been processed.
